Introduction
The Microreader™ Y Prime Plus ID System is a 6-dye, 38-locus Y STR kit that is designed for forensic laboratories that process highly challenging Y-STR casework and database samples, which amplifies 37 commonly used Y-STR loci and 1 Y-indel loci. This kit is optimized for use with database and single-source samples.
The Kit is subjected to rigorous quality control testing to offer consistent performance. We develop and manufacture our products in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 18385 quality system requirements.
Key Features
■ Allows amplification from multiple male-specific sample types, such as male–male and male–female mixtures, and direct PCR amplification from single-source samples.

Highly compatible
The kit contains all cover all Y-STR loci included in commonly used commercially Y-STR kit, which is highly compatible for different populations, suitable for the needs of Y-chromosome database construction and caseworks.
Direct amplification & higher efficiency
Without the need for sample extraction, purification and quantification, the entire process from direct amplification of the samples to the PCR product can be completed in 90 minutes, which improves the work efficiency and reduced testing costs, which are very suitable for the processing of large batches of samples.
Highly accurate
At the base of 38 genetic loci, through reasonable loci arrangement, enable the maximum length of the amplified product less than 500bp, and all amplified products are within the best detection range of the detection. Make sure the most accurate and reliable genetic information can be obtained.
